The San Diego Immunization Coalition (SDIC) formerly (I-3) has been active since
1992, making it one of the oldest continuously operating immunization
coalitions in the nation. The County of San Diego Health and Human
Services Agency’s Immunization Branch has historically been
the lead agency for the coalition, providing staff support and State
and local resources. The Advisory Council, which includes all partners
in the Coalition, is led by two co-chairs elected every two years
from and by the membership.
