The Physicians Advisory Committee (PAC) provides a forum for physician input on immunization issues and direction on ways to help local providers successfully deliver immunization services to patients.

The objectives of this group are to:

• Have representation from all primary care specialties and major healthcare groups in San Diego County
• Provide input to the County Immunization Branch (SDIB) on existing activities that affect physicians
• Generate ideas for additional activities to improve immunization delivery in San Diego County
• Serve as a liaison between the Immunization Branch and your organization and
• Assist with the broadcasting of the San Diego Regional Immunization Registry

Facilitated by Dr. Mark Sawyer, this group meets every 2 months at the HHSA Rosecrans Health Complex. Interested providers may now also call in to the meeting if they are not able to attend in person. For information on this group contact Mark Sawyer, MD by email at mark.sawyer@sdcounty.ca.gov.
