Twice a year, the San Diego Regional Immunization Registry (SDIR) reports summary information to the State of California Department of Health Immunization Branch, which in turn, compiles data from the other regional registries and county-operated registries. Two important measures reported are:

These two measures indicate the progress of the SDIR in reaching the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Healthy People 2010 goal, which is “Increase to 95% the proportion of children from birth through age 5 enrolled in a fully operational immunization registry.”
