How to Participate
To participate in the San Diego Regional Immunization Registry (SDIR) as a parent, ask your health care provider if they participate in the Registry. Your child's immunizations will automatically be entered into the Registry when he or she is seen by a participating provider.

San Diego County providers can find out more about the Registry and how to participate by contacting the San Diego Immunization Partnership's Provider Services Manager at tracy.healy@sdcounty.ca.gov or by contacting their Immunization Management Consultant.

This section contains information on the operational and technical requirements for participation in the San Diego Regional Immunization Registry. When you decide to participate, you will be assigned a Registry Provider Liaison, who will work with you and your staff to ensure that you get the most out of the SDIR.
