| “TB” Tab has been renamed “Screening”: Now, under Screening Tab, users will find three different topics to click on to access three health screening areas. Note: To navigate between the different screening pages, just click on the Screenings Tab. |

Height/Weight/Growth Charts or Body Mass Index charts: Users can now enter height and weight data (in U.S or metric units) for patients. These measurements will be plotted on a growth chart (for children under 36 months) or on a Body Mass Index percentile chart for individuals over 2 years of age. Please note that gender of the patient on the demographic page must be selected to get either a girls or boys chart. Once the measurements have been entered, click on the text “Show Chart” and a JSP (Java server page) will open which will show the plotting on a chart. Important: The chart should be saved or printed as a PDF document. |

VFC Program Return or Transfer of VFC Vaccines Report: Under the Administration screen, Vaccine Inventory, users can now produce a VFC Program Return or Transfer of VFC Vaccines Report. |

How to generate the Report:
a. Go to inventory and make the correct adjustment to the lot. (Record wasted, expired, transferred, and/or received VFC vaccine from inventory.) |

b. There are two ways to view the Report: In inventory, one is to click on the date of the adjusted inventory. The other way of seeing the Report is to go back up to Vaccine Inventory toward the top of the page and click on VFC Return or Transfer Form. (see section f. below.) |

c. A web form is opened. Note that there are areas in the form that can be filled in typing on the computer.
|

d. Save the document as a PDF file by clicking on the icon/text “Save a Copy”. |
| |
e. Close the form by clicking on the X in the upper right corner of the page. |
| |
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
f. Click on Vaccine Inventory, scroll down to VFC Return or Transfer Form. Select the correct date of the when the adjustment was made. All adjustments that qualify for the VFC Return or Transfer Form will appear on the list. |

| Other Enhancements: |

a . The Red Flag Important Note in the Activity Log is now on the right side of the patient name and it is more visible. |

b. The green checks marks next to Waivers, Contraindications/Precautions and Disease History are now red checks and much larger! |

| Bug Fix: |

| |
a. The date that vaccine inventory was received can be changed. |
